Most Herbalife Formula 1 shake recipes call for ice cubes and skim milk. This is optional. If you are lactose intolerant, we recommend using rice or soymilk. That’s what we use and it’s delicious. You will find additional recipes under the lid of your Formula 1 can. Remember, juice is high in calories. Use “low-cal” whenever possible. Be creative and you find the shake(s) that you love!
