One of the questions we often get is how does my product ship and how soon will I receive it? We use two shipping methods depending on the size of your order and if the product is in stock. Your order will ship either by Federal Express 2nd Day or by USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number is available upon request once your order ships. You can expect delivery in 2-4 business days from the date your order leaves the warehouse. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by Federal Express and the USPS.

At Herbal Product Shop we accept many forms of payments for our Herbalife Product purchases including Debit and Credit cards. Many people think

Debit and Credit cards are processed the same. However there is a big difference between the two. If using a debit card, all money for this transaction will be held in a “pending” status by your bank until the transaction is complete. An authorization means that the amount of the payment is reserved from the cardholders’s available funds until payment is actually issued. In some instances, your available balance or credit limit may reflect the authorization. Each time an order is un-submitted and then re-submitted, every credit/debit card on the order is *re-authorized* for the amount of its payment. This is especially critical to customers who pay by debit card, because real funds are being held. Even though actual payment will only be paid once, every previous authorization is still on each card, and it can take up to 7 days before those funds are released. If your transaction is declined or voided on this website, your bank may still hold your funds until your bank determines when to release them. This could take several days.

Herbalife Access Code Required

Herbalife at the Stock Exchange

Another Herbalife Distributor policy change from Herbalife Corporation that you may have noticed is the requirement to provide an Access Code or Password before being able to see pricing information. This change required Herbalife Distributors with websites to modify them to implement this security feature. It also required Distributors to remove all pricing information from the landing pages and advertisements for websites and place them behind the wall so they could only be seen after the customer logs on using an Access Code.

I am not sure I fully understand why this policy was implemented, but it was along the lines of requiring a little more personal service and security for the customer base.

I personally feel it is a nuisance because customers typically want to see the pricing and value details immediately when they come to a website and not have to jump through hoops and wait to obtain a password in order to purchase products. At the Herbal Product Shop, we strive to respond to password requests as soon as they are received. We hope this additional step of logging in does not impact our customers too much, but now you have a little better understanding of why it is now required.

Herbalife Corp. maintains Herbalife Distributor policies which Independent Herbalife Distributors like Herbal Product Shop must adhere to. From time to time these policies change. One change implemented earlier this year, was that they no longer allowed words reflecting pricing in the distributor company names displayed on websites. Since our old name for many years was Herbal Discount Shop, the word “Discount” put us in violation of this new policy. So we had to change our name to Herbal Product Shop.

We hope we didn’t lose too many of our old customers with the change to our new name and we continue to strive to give our customers great service and value on Herbalife products.
